Discover Your Dream Home with Stephanie Rhodes @ Y Realty

We really enjoyed working with Stephanie. She is extremely knowledgeable about the St Pete area and was instrumental in helping us find our beach home.

Very helpful with the move and getting questions answered. We are loving our new home.

Our realtor, Ms. Stephanie Rhodes has been an absolute joy and a complete professional during our home search and relocation phase from Las Vegas to Florida. Stephanie’s professionalism shined from day one, from her introduction of services provided, her communication and listening skills of what my husband and I were looking for in a home, and the quick responses to all of our concerns. Mind you she’s accomplishing of this on a three hour time difference. Aside from her sunny personality, the customer service from the very beginning of the actual home search, home contract, contract negotiation, home inspection, home insurance, utilities set up, moving services, and finally the close of escrow on our new home has exceeded our expectations! The customer service is rated a level 10, and that’s exactly why we highly recommend our realtor professional Ms.Stephanie Rhodes! P.S. For all you veterans and first responders, you’re dealing with another veteran/first responder who has also served her country honorably and is a VA realtor specialist.
